Thank you for choosing to stay at McCracken Resort, we trust you enjoy your stay with us. Please see below some handy information to make your stay more comfortable.


Reception is open from 8am – 8pm Sunday to Thursday, 8am – 9pm Friday and Saturday.

Please dial 9 for any after hours assistance and this will be redirected to our after hours care team to direct as required.


The McCracken Bar & Grill is open for Breakfast 8am-10am, Lunch 12pm-3pm and Dinner 5:30pm-8:30pm daily with reservations preferred. Dial 290 to make a reservation.

Room service is available for dinner with a $5.00 delivery charge. Dial 290 to order.

Please note room service is unavailable to our villas, however, we are happy to arrange take away meals for pick up at the McCracken Bar & Grill.


If you require your room to be serviced while staying with us, please place the ‘Please Make Up My Room’ card on your door prior to 10am. Alternatively, you can call our reception team to request a room service by dialling 9 prior to 10am.


Rooms are available for check-in from 3pm and check-out is at 10:30am.

Payment for all incidental charges are due on departure. Accommodation fees must be settled prior to room key cards being issued unless alternative payment arrangement have been made. All major credit cards are accepted and a 0.9% surcharge applies to all credit cards.


Complimentary WiFi access is available on the Nomadnet network.


The swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym are open 8am – 8pm daily and can be accessed using your room key cards.

These facilities are located on Level 2, accessible through the entry near the big golf ball or via the stairs from Level 3. Pool towels can be found at reception. If you require fresh towels you will need to return your used towels to do so.

Please note that the pool is closed from 1pm-1:30pm Monday to Friday (spa closed from 9am – 10:30am Thursday) for cleaning.


Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. Instructions are located on the wall by your remote. If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. There is a mode button on the remote control which can change the unit from heating to cooling. For any further instructions, please contact reception.


Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Smoking is not permitted on any of our balconies.
