This specially designed package enables those who require extra support in their day to day lives to still be able to enjoy a holiday. McCracken is working with Home Instead Senior Care and Xtra Aged Care to link our guests with care support for the duration of their stay with us. Care support that can be accessed includes transport assist, personal care, medication prompts, respite care for carers and equipment hire.

Assisted Care Holiday Package – $299

  • 2 for 1 dinner voucher for each night of your stay

On booking your accommodation with McCracken Country Club, you will be asked for basic details of your care support needs and to provide your contact details. These will then be passed on to Home Instead Senior Care who will contact you to coordinate your care needs. Costs for care support is as per your usual care package through My Aged Care. Home Instead Senior Care will assist you to adjust your package requirements for the duration of your stay.

McCracken Country Club has two accessibility rooms with specially designed bathrooms for those with access needs. Some adjustments can also be made to our other rooms to ensure your comfort during your stay with us. Spa treatments can also be accessed in your room for those that require more space to maneuver.
